Quick and easy. Friendly interviewer. Easy going and genuine. You can tell the long time employees have great pride in the company and feel valued. Definitely recommend interviewing if you’re in sales.
Interview process was good. It felt relaxed and welcoming with so much details on the company. Questions were pretty much around the topic of basic sales experience, how you would be able to help the company, and if you’d see yourself with the company a few years from now. The training was pretty informative, I had Vlad train me and he is a great who shows he cares about your success within the company.
