I first met with one of the managers to discuss previous work experience and answer a few questions, received a call for a second interview same day with head manager.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at P.F. Chang's (Destin, FL) in July 2018

Was referred by employee who is also a friend. Received a call after applying online to schedule an interview, interviewed with two different managers separately, got an offer on the spot and started two weeks later
