Straight forward questioning with 2 people interviewing. They gave me scenario questions and asked how i would deal with specific situations that happened within the work place. Not a stressful experience.

Travelled to the P&O offices, waited for around 15 minutes then was interviewed by a panel of two people. Questions were regarding how I would deal with difficult customers, how I would like to be managed, how I have dealt with difficult working situations in the past and what I would learn how to use the technology P&O possessed.

Slow and methodical processTook about two months to get to the final interview, but it was handled very professionally. Two informal interviews on Teams that included HR. One with other Heads of within the IT team and the final interview was in person in the Woking office.
