P2S Inc. Electrical Design Engineer interview questions

Interview process began with an easy prescreening call that mostly involved housekeeping information--job location, work eligibility, etc. Then moved on to panel interview where I talked to two senior team members.

The interview process at P2S could take up to 2-weeks to complete. The initial interview is typically a phone interview with someone from the P2S Talent Acquisition team. Following the phone interview, a Zoom interview will be arranged. Assuming the Zoom interview goes well, an in-person interview will be conducted. A decision is made and an offer is submitted within days of the in-person interview.
