The interview process was quite OK, but the offer process was horrible, absolutely non-communicative and not respecting time or that I have to plan. The interview itself started by a recruiter contacted me and then I had a technical interview online, which was totally OK.
However, time has no price there. It took them 2 months to reply, I even forgot I had an interview with them. Afterwards, the CTO gave me a call for a final interview so I went there and we agreed on the contract.
It took them other 2 months to reply with a contract after I pinged them that I have other expiring offers. So he sent the contract and I had to argue about the start date, after a struggle to contact them as they don't reply, we agreed on a different start date.
Finally, they did not send anything, after continuous trials to contact them, they replied that they had a project and it is gone now so no contract!
In the beginning they did not mention that my contract is tied to a specific project, and my recruiter called me stating that they don't do this, but well, they did it. And he promised he is going to call me to clarify things but he did not.
They just can consume your time and effort and you can build plans upon their offers and after that, nothing. They can ruin everything, they have a huge problem in communication. It is very irritating not getting replies, trying to call on phones multiple times to get a reply.
