A really badly organised and unprofessional experience. PA called me one afternoon (a Thursday) a couple of months after applying for their graduate role. They asked me to do an online test by the next morning. I did the test and then they called back and invited me to an interview for the following Tuesday. They also said they would call 'for a chat' on a Monday morning. I spent the weekend preparing for the interview. They called me 30 mins earlier than planned on Monday whilst I was in a lecture. When I answered the phone, the tone was very different than previously and they told me on the spot that it was now being used as an interview despite them telling me it was just a chat to help guide the one on one interview the following day. They then didn't inform me that I hadn't got it for another week. The whole process was incredibly unprofessional, and they completely disregarded the time pressures they put on me to not give me a fair assessment in the end. I felt like this was very reflective of the organisation and it has certainly put me off applying in the future.
