PAC interview questions

Interviewed twice by general manager and ceo. They wanted to make sure they were getting the right person with the right attitude. They asked different questions, mostly about personality traits and metal attributes, and how I would react in different scenarios.

I was referred by someone working at that company, was definitely a very very structured process. Recruiter, then HR, then manager, then executive team meetings. Straight forward. Straight forward. Straight forward. Also, everyone was very friendly and personable.
