Interview
First the CV, then a 15-minute preliminary webinar.
The second stage is a 60-minute in-depth intro call + a questionnaire about the call/how PAD works.
The last stage is a face-to-face interview.

Question 1
For the questionnaire, it's really all that covers the intro call. How the training is, how payment works + the general of how your skill fits. You have limited time to fill it out after the call.
the CEO was very rude to be honest, not how you should be running a business. The application process was weird and wishy washy - we first had to watch a webinar and then do a group zoom call
First of all there is a webinar introducing the company and expectations. If you are willing to proceed, you may fill in the form to schedule the first interview, where the round is a group interview mainly asking candidates to take turns and introduce themselves. Once you're shortlisted, you will be invited to the second round of the interview which is an individual one immediately after the first round.
