I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PARTech (Toronto, ON)
Interview
It was a very straight forward interview process. The first interview on the phone and the second was a video conference.
The first interview over the phone was great. I genuinely enjoyed talking to Jason White and he was focusing on my general knowledge and not just book worm definitions.
The second interview went great as well (according to me), First part of the interview was general behavioral questions, and the second was to implement a URL shortener. What I didn't like about the second part was that even though I told them I will be implementing it in JS, they told me to do it in C#. Net which I did. The interview ended on a very positive note but I am bit disappointed that I didn't get any feedback about the interview and rather got the generic we are not moving forward with you, which really tells me the company culture isn't as open as what I am looking for so, in a way, It worked in my favor.
Nonetheless, the overall interview experience was pretty good.

I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at PARTech (Gurgaon, Haryana) in May 2022
Interview
3 levels of interview process. Normal questions but the managerial round looked like manager has started putting pressure in the interview only. This is not normal in any company as the interviewer starts putting pressure like u need to work hard, else i will select u, u will need to put in extra time etc. etc.
