A headhunter for Pax Turkey reached out to me. We set a meeting with the lead software developer I would be working with there. Then a second meeting with both the lead dev. and a manager.

Question 1
There were no technical questions, but they did ask about my previous professional experience (very closely related to their field of work), and my salary expectation. I didn't go too high, but they still lowballed in the interview. Soon after the interview, they made the offer I had asked for.
