PC PrintInk interview questions

The business owner was professional enough when I interviewed for this position. However, the position itself is not quite what the job posting makes it sound like. By ratios, I'd say the position is 1/10ths design, 2/10ths customer service, and 7/10ths throwing pre-made designs into a template and printing things - having accepted the position, I've discovered that my design skills see comparatively little use here, and I do wish that had been made clear in the interview.
