PCI Energy Solutions interview questions

Interviewed with two people from the company over the course of almost an hour. Discussed previous relevant experience and was able to explain how less relevant experience would still lend itself to the role. Was asked to explain previous software projects I've worked on, as well as one code review question. Other questions were regarding soft skills, like preferred management styles, ability to handle stress, and how to handle unexpected problems.

The interview process is pretty simple. They concentrate more on seeing if the candidate has a thinking cap than on correct answers. Makes is better since they do not judge your ability on that basis.
