I was called for orientation at 830 am , I was there till 4 pm , I walked out with a uniform and a badge . you watch a movie and I took notes , I got a perfect score and they were amazed like no one every got 100 before I was instantly offered a Supervisor position and the Chief personal came out to shake my hand and he tried to touch my no, no parts .

The interview was about 15 minutes. Then I wrote a report based on a scenario that was given to me. Then they brought me back and I was offered the job on the spot. I had years of experience already though. Simple.
