Recuirter was amazing and very open and clear about what they were The entire interview process took about two months and included four interviews. Each interview followed the STAR method, focusing on behavioral questions. I was also asked about the type of person they were seeking for the role, which highlighted their clear expectations. The interviews were very detailed and lasted around 30 minutes each.
