I am after first interview and waiting for the second round. It is going to be a SQL test. Until now I have been happy with the process and hope everything goes well.
A basic interview was conducted with questions about prior employment history and general background. The interviewer inquired about a time when I faced an interpersonal challenge during my career, and how I handled it.

Question 1
Describe an interpersonal challenge you faced in your prior work history, and how you responded to that challenge.
I had a screening call with the HR representative on January 31st, which went well. She mentioned that my resume would be forwarded to the hiring manager.
Over the next two months, I received no updates. I consistently followed up every week, and each time I was told that the hiring manager was still reviewing my application.
In the first week of April, I received an email asking if I was still interested in the role. I promptly responded that I was. However, the following week, I was informed that my application was rejected—without any feedback or explanation.
This has been one of the most disappointing recruiting experiences I've had. It’s disheartening to be kept waiting for over two months with minimal communication, only to be rejected in the end. Respecting an applicant’s time and effort should be a basic standard in any recruitment process.
