I applied online. I interviewed at PCORI in Aug 2023
Interview
The first interview was an initial phone screening with the recruiter. After that, I was invited to a second panel interview with 3 members of the team the following week. It was your typical interview, but the team seemed very stoic and did not seem to be responding to my answers. The questions also were very repetitive. After the interview, the recruiter sent me an application package where I can enter my references. It's been almost a month and I haven't heard back. They also didn't respond to my follow-up email, so I am assuming I got ghosted.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PCORI in Mar 2019
Interview
Applied online in February, applications closed first week of March and I was contacted on that same day for a phone screen. Phone screen went fine (more of a formality as others mentioned) though the HR rep did call me 17 minutes before our scheduled time. Asked to submit availability for interviews and a week after that they informed me I would be moving forward for final round interviews (mine was via Skype). The interview was very relaxed and they were largely interested in hearing about how my career experience and aspirations related to the position.
