      Interview

Very involved process with multiple interview rounds (hiring manager, peer/team, adjacent teams, upper leadership, plus lots of interaction with HR for phone screen and throughout) and offline mock project work (written questions plus presentation). No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I interviewed at PCORI (Washington, DC)

      Interview

There was a screening with Human Resources and a subsequent interview with the hiring manager. At that juncture, I was told that hiring occurred within a month. "We move quickly". I also was told that it is a competitive market and to keep the point of contact apprised if there are other opportunities. I followed up two times ( 1 week apart) and was told that the organization was moving to the next step the following week and I would hear back. I never heard from the point of contact again.
