I initially applied online and received a phone call from a recruiter about a month later asking if I was interested in the training program. About a week later, I was requested to take an online assessment. This assessment lasted about 55 minutes and mainly consisted of SQL-based multiple-choice questions. Afterwards, I went through with a short Skype interview with HR and set up a technical interview for a few days later. In the end, I eventually backed out of the interview process due to getting an offer elsewhere.
