STAY AWAY; WASTE OF YOUR TIME I flew from west coast for the on-site(with short notice), nailed the on-site, most of the people who interviewed me were so-so in terms of competency except 2-3 people. HR guy took couple days and the feedback was that I’m technically super strong but didn’t show enough interest in the role/company. I was tired from the flight and couldn’t eat proper food due to dietary restrictions, and I don’t drink coffee, my energy levels were low as a result and I also told them this during the on-site and did my best. Why would I fly there and interview if I’m not excited about the role. When I asked the HR about how they concluded that I’m not excited about the role, he gave some nonsense explanation. Such a waste (2 rounds technical phone screen, whole day onsite)
