The process is really slow, since in my case i just had to wait around six months. They initially contact you for the Interview, around two months later than the appliance and then around two more months to call you again to do some medical tests and then around three more months they call you to sign the contract. Some people have been waiting even more than a year for this process.

Background check followed by revision of my university grades. I met with the manager of Social Development and then visited the refinery to have a quick look at the layout of the place. Finally, I was given a series of introductory presentations.

The process went very confusing about dates and persons to whom I was to meet, one case the person did not know anything of the interview....Because they were not sure about working place I spent several meetings (no interviews) with supervisors about the place to be assigned if the employment was granted
