Straightforward, not very difficult questions. I came in to the building and met with the person that was going to interview me. We had the interview and he later showed me what the other interns were doing at the moment to get an idea of what would I be doing if I got the job.

The interview was very well-structured and preparable. The interviewer started off with introduction and casual conversation which really helped to ease up my nerve. The interviewer gave a heads-up about the kind of questions to be asked.

Very understanding with my schedule and want to maximize the limited time they have to get to know me. They asked a lot of situational questions and help you answer them thoroughly using the STAR method.

All of the interview questions are based on the STAR method. Lasted about 30 minutes. They have a packet with the questions and they write down each part of the Situation, Task, Action and Results (which is a requirement of Exelon).
