Hands on assessment and STARS interview. Very hard interview. But very in debt. Very skill oriented. They want to see what you know but are geared towards training the right people

Interview
Interview process is STAR format so be prepared, hands on assessment was the same day as well; which consisted of carrying and setting up extension ladder, mechanical pipe fitting, and climbing a ladder up a pole and attaching harness.
