What I liked about the interview process was how friendly the interviewers were. They were supportive and helpful at every step of the way. They also took time to explain to me the company's product, teams and culture in a way that made me appreciate it and want to be part of it.

The entire process has been a great experience. Everyone I met was very kind, and I felt comfortable. The interview process was fast, and I received the feedback within 1 working day after each stage. There were a total of 3 stages. The first interview was with the team lead. Questions were mainly around my experiences and some technical ones. For the second round, I was invited to the Pelico's office for a case study. The case study was focused on SQL with some questions to test the Python level. The third interview was with the Chief Customer Operation Officer for the Culture Fit. After that, a reference check was conducted, and then I received the offer letter within a few days. The interview stages moved quickly and got over within 3 weeks.
