I have applied for multiple positions over the course of the last few months and have been asked to take multiple personality assessments and other misc tests, over this entire time I have yet to actually here from a recruiter or receive and email about anyone of my applications yet they are all still sitting in the "under review" stage. I keep hearing and reading about their hiring surge, even got an email from them encouraging me to apply for a certain position I hadn't applied for yet and still nothing.
