On-site interview with VP, talked about resume and projects experiences and technique skills question. Also ask why want to join the company and the position, one more round before on-site interview
Initial phone screening that took less than 20 minutes. At the end of the interview, the recruiter stated that she would move me ahead and have me interview with the hiring manager. It didn't happen. Lied directly to my face. Waste of my time.

I successfully completed three rigorous interview rounds at PennyMac, during which I engaged in detailed discussions on technical topics relevant to the role. Each round focused extensively on evaluating my expertise and readiness for the position.

Lots of interviews virtually. Some asked very challenging quantitative questions. I don’t think everyone will have this experience though. Be ready for anything. Some people will ask for experiences while others want to see what you know.
