In the interview process was very simple. Only one interview with one person. Also have the chance to talk about pay and experience. Its just and interview, background check and then offer letter. You do not have to interview with a room full of people or a panel. Over all the interview was a fast and simple process.

The interview process was standard for the industry. The questions were a little obscure given the nature of the job. They became disinterested the moment they found out that I did not live in state. (Nevada)

Do you have prior experience in a customer service representative role?
I inquired and was contacted immediately and an interview was quickly scheduled for the very next day. The interview was conducted on a national holiday and after waiting for an hour, I was told that they were backed up and someone would be with me shortly.
