I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at PENNYMAC in Sept 2020
Interview
Super straightforward and easy. Mostly a personable interview.
I believe it was like maybe 2 or 3 calls/interview rounds. 3rd interview is more so a welcome call to get to know the branch manager you'd be under and finalize your acceptance.

I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PENNYMAC (Pasadena, CA) in Jan 2022
Interview
3-4 stages, final interview with 4-5 senior company managers/executives. Didnt care I didnt know what a mortgage was lol. Personality assessment was the worst part. They sent two offers to me so that was a little worrisome but it turned out alright in the end.
