I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PFERD (Istanbul) in Nov 2022
Interview
Process itself was professional. Contacted via headhunter to get some info. Then went to visit the company and meet stakeholders. Then made an online interview via teams with German HR. Finally i had a written exam&case study.
Weird thing is all these went well, according to general manager. And we have started to talk about salary, benefits, next steps and even offered to meet colleagues. Then all of a sudden they said they will continue with someone else.

Question 1
Anything except sales skills. Mostly personality tests, case studies and some irrelevant details.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at PFERD in July 2020
Interview
I was contacted by an outside search firm because this was a confidential search for their manufacturing plant in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She talked to me for 15 minutes and then followed up with an email asking me to answer, in depth, three additional questions. I found this to be extremely unprofessional especially for a retained search firm. I spent another 40 minutes answering her questions which, in my opinion, she should have reviewed with me over the phone. I interviewed with the President and the CFO in Milwaukee and the Recruiter followed up with me saying "It went great" and we want to set up more interviews! I was excited but then....completely ghosted! Never heard back from the Recruiter again. Not surprised as this Recruiter could not tell me anything about the role except for very high level and basic things. What a huge disappointment BUT happy it happened during the interviewing process so I did not waste any more time and especially did not join a company that treats candidates so poorly.
