The interview process was very quick. I got a call for an interview about 1-2 weeks after submitting app. The first step was a phone interview and once i passed that I was called in for a in person interview. Once that was completed they did a reference check-- and yes they do call your references-- then i was offered the job. the whole process was about 2-3 weeks from initial call to job offer.
