PIA Automation interview questions

Interviewer was very friendly and nice. Made sure to keep a calm environment. Questions were to assess attitude and character of the person, rather than any technical questions. Make sure you know about the company and what they do. They are looking for someone who is willing to take on new challenges and learn new things.

Recruiter contacted me for unadvertised position. Interviewed in-person with general manager and 2 different department managers. Each one-on-one. Viewed the facility. Recruiter called with offer when I was leaving interview.
