I applied online. I interviewed at PIN-UP Global (Vilnius) in Aug 2024
Interview
The recruitment process felt comfortable and smooth throughout, with clear and comprehensive information provided about both the company and the position from the very beginning of communication.
Additionally, timely and consistent feedback was received from the recruitment team, ensuring transparency and a positive overall experience that supported confidence and engagement during every stage of the hiring process.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at PIN-UP Global (Chisinau) in Dec 2025
Interview
The technical interview has two parts. First, you will answer five technical questions of medium complexity. Then, the advanced technical section of the interview follows, conducted by a senior Atlassian engineer.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at PIN-UP Global (Warsaw, Masovia) in Mar 2025
Interview
I was contacted by one interviewer who discussed my skills, expectations, and background via messages. However, a completely different recruiter attended the interview and arrived a few minutes late.
The interview process felt disorganized and rushed. The recruiter did not introduce the company or explain the role, and instead immediately started with questions like “what do you know about our company?”. This was especially odd given that I was invited to the interview and did not apply for this position myself.
The discussion then moved to my current role and experience. During the interview, the recruiter noted that my background actually seems more suitable for a completely different position.
At the end, I asked about the company, the team, and the type of tasks for this role. Only first question was answered, and even that response was from internet.
The company offers a grey salary, office attendance, and uses polygraph (clown smile).
