Long process - 4 rounds of interviews overall with a mix of junior and senior level interviewers. Mostly behavioral questions with a case study that is mostly qualitative knowledge related to the role (corporate governance, ESG, activism, executive compensation, etc).

Why are you interested in this role as opposed to traditional banking?
Arranged through recruiter, recruiter set up meeting over zoom. Meeting lasted 30 minutes mostly for me to ask questions. Standard questions, Evidently did poorly, and I never heard from them again.
