he recruitment process started professionally with online assessments and timely communication from HR. However, my experience during the interview stage was disappointing. The meeting started approximately 30 minutes later than scheduled, and much of the discussion focused on previous career moves rather than the role itself, project experience, or technical competencies. In addition, there were interruptions during the meeting, and I did not have the opportunity to complete the discussion with all intended participants. I was informed that there would be a follow-up discussion, but I never received any further communication regarding the outcome of the process.
Positive aspect: the HR communication prior to the interview was professional and responsive.
Suggested improvement: better candidate communication, more structured interviews, and timely feedback after the process is completed.
