Received a job notice from CareerBuilder.com. Filled out an online form and submitted my resume to the company. 3 days later I was directed by e-mail to take an online assessment, and it took less than an hour to complete. Immediately after the online assessment I was asked to complete a pre-employment application. 7 days after that I was called for a phone interview, and was scheduled for a 1:1 interview to happen in 6 days. The assessment and interviews were heavily geared towards sales experience and scenario questions, so its best to prepare for that in mind. Office seemed professional and friendly.

Was very quick. Hired on the spot. No questions that really differentiated a quality candidate vs a garbage one. Overall it was easy. Would participate again. Had a great time.
