After I applied, the hiring manager got in touch with me and had me complete an edit test. I had a day to return it. After that, an interview was scheduled. I was relocating, so I had to fly out to do the interview. The hiring manager knew this and changed my interview date last-minute, so I had to reschedule my flight/eat the cost. The interview itself put me in front of three separate individuals: the hiring manager, a potential team member, and Lisa Sugar. Each lasted about 20 minutes, for 60 total. I was told I was the first person interviewed for the role and would hear back in a few weeks. I didn't hear back for a month and a half, but they offered the role to me over the phone.
