I completed a brief phone interview with one of the executive team members to discuss what my specialty interests were and how that may fit with the team's needs. I then scheduled a tour and follow up interview with one of the speech team leads to learn more about the culture of the company. Finally, I was offered the job and had a financial interview with the financial officer to discuss my compensation package. It was overall a very smooth process!
