PP+K interview questions

Interview process is extremely disorganized, unprofessional, and dragged out. Expect roughly 2 months of back and forth from your initial application to an offer. Multiple rounds of interviews and test assignments, with little to no information about who you’re meeting with during the interviews. The guest list on the calendar invite was actually hidden for my first interview, so you really have no idea who you’re meeting with. When I asked for names/titles of who the interview would be with, I was ignored. I had two rounds of interviews with different groups of people, the energy during both interviews was extremely weird and off putting, with team members joining the interview late, not introducing themselves or their roles, and talking poorly about the previous employee in the role I was interviewing for. I completed 2 test assignments, one after the first interview which had an extremely tight and unrealistic turnaround time to send the assignment back, less than 1 business day. I then had another interview with a different group of people, followed by a second test assignment, all to be offered the minimum of the salary range posted on the job listing, with no room for negotiation. Overall, I wish I hadn’t wasted all of the time I put into interviewing and test assignments for this company. It is clear they are trying to hire top talent on a budget, which may work for a recent graduate looking to get their foot in the door, but it’s insulting for someone with years of experience under their belt. My advice: proceed with caution if you’re tenured. If you’re a recent graduated, this might be an OK agency to get experience at, if you’re willing to sacrifice on salary and company culture.
