3 interviewers with behavioral questions. Took 3 hours, very typical. Asked about team work, how you coop with management, issues you've encountered and how you were able to resolve. Some asked about instrumentation experience
Straightforward interview process, 1 with recruiter, 1 with PPD group lead, and 1 with contact lead of the site. Asked behavioral/situational based questions, and about the skills required in the job description.

Very straightforward and quick - applied through the PPD website, got an email from a recruiter within 2 weeks, did a 15 minute phone interview, a 1 hour interview with two team members, and got offered the job a week later.
