They asked me to complete an exercise about how to improve recruitment at one study and how to manage the risk/contingency plan for this practical case.
PPD conducts a panel interview for the project manager role with a couple different managers, organized at the same time. The interview is completed virtually. I put my camera on.
A bit vague when answer questions about company health and turnover. Interview was straightforward outside of that. General questions will be asked and be prepared with real life examples of problems and how to solve them.
