I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at PPG (Huntsville, AL) in July 2022
Interview
A recruiter will reach out if interested. They will conduct a phone interview. If you get through this phase they will schedule an on site interview, 7-10 days later, with a panel from the management team. This could be the final phase of the process or sometimes they will conduct one more follow up meeting through ZOOM, especially if there is anyone from management that were not available to attend your on site interview. From there you will receive an offer or be turned down. The recruiters are VERY GOOD about staying in contact with you during this process, and will always respond if you have any questions. The overall process from the first phone interview with a recruiter to receiving a job offer took around 5 weeks for me.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at PPG (Sylmar, CA) in Dec 2017
Interview
An extensive and inaccurate process. It starts with an in person interview with multiple people then if you do well on that you go through a supervisor exam that tests your response time and organization skills. After all of this it finishes with a phone interview that starts with a "mock" situation to see how you would handle it.
