My first interview was by phone with a recruiter. He asked me about my previous experience, and asked three behavior-based questions. He let me know immediately that I was moving to the next round for a panel interview. The panel interviewers asked behavior-based questions looking for answers using the STAR method. I interviewed with the supply chain manager, production manager, and warehouse planner. I was nervous going in, but they were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I had a chance to ask questions about the role and about the company. The hiring manager had a clear job description and was very detailed about the responsibilities. They let me know the expectation of when I would hear back from them with their decision, and they contacted me within that timeframe.
