Interview
The interview process was performed through many stages, phone contact, zoom meeting with panel, site interview with business unit director, zoom interview with regional general manager, medical assessment. The interview was facilitated by the HR Manager who was exceptional with her responsiveness and care throughout the process.

The key question that connected me to the PPG interviewing team was, "How would you have achieved turning around the business if you didn't have the subject matter experience that you did"? This was enlightening moment, that brought a self-appreciation of my analytical approach and probably secured my selection for the role.
