I applied online. I interviewed at PPI (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Horrible Horrible experience.
The company completely forgot about the interview. I was waiting on zoom for a good 20 minutes. I send an email, they rescheduled the interview, and never showed up again. Their excuse was "we completely forgot"

Question 1
I asked them what they liked about working there, non of them had a good answer. They looked miserable and unhappy.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PPI
Interview
I applied online, and was phoned several days later by a recruiter, who set up a time for a phone interview. The call lasted about 20 minutes, and the recruiter seemed to be using a script because many of the questions were very redundant or had been answered when I'd elaborated on a previous question's response. Honestly, it was a lot like speaking to a robot. I was asked to schedule an in-person interview but ended up declining because of that negative experience along with what other Glassdoor folks had to say about company culture.

Question 1
Why do you think you'd be a good fit for this position?
What experience do you have that is relevant for this position?
We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience in PPI's recruitment process last winter. PPI recently (last fall) introduced a formal HR department within the organization, and we have been working on a variety of employee-centric initiatives to make the 'employee experience' an excellent one. Our several new hires over the past several months have reported positively on their experience, so it is very unfortunate that you had this experience with us. Again, our sincerest apologies.
