In person with a manager. I watched a video about the culture of the club before the interview which was helpful in understanding the vibe of the club aside from spa and salon specifically.

Interview
Phone interview with the HR department and then an in person interview with the hiring manager. Was asked about product knowledge. Most of it consisted of pretty basic corporate questions.Overall, it was a pretty simple interview.
