It was a through process and took about 4 weeks to complete. Great experience and you have the opportunity to meet a lot of people in the process. Be sure to take time to prepare!

What’s an out of the box approach you took to successfully connect with a prospect?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PROS (Houston, TX) in Mar 2018
Interview
The interview process was very strategic and thorough. First I had an initial call with the Head of HR, followed by a phone interview with the prospective Manager. Once that was done, I was brought in to do an in-person interview that lasted about 5 hours. It included my prospective Manager as well as the team, and leaders from cross-functioning teams like Marketing, Sales Operations, and Regional Vice President.
