Initially the recruiter/hr person reached out to schedule a phone screening and see if you're a good fit for the position. The process was as followed:

Zoom Interview with Hiring Manager
Presentation
several rounds with various level within role--always sharing what was needed in the role - starting a new department within the company - great leaders = located around the world
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PROS (Houston, TX) in Aug 2024
Interview
First interview with internal recruiter, second with direct manager, third would have been a presentation to small panel prior to receiving an offer. I did not get an offer for advancing to the third interview.
