Phone interview with someone from Corp. office prior to local in person interview. Then they set appointment to meet in person interview was with local Manager. Their follow up process via email was very good.

Interview
This was the strangest interview I have ever done. The phone call was 2 minutes long, and they told me not to pursue the job because it’s 100% commission based. I guess they don’t want applicants. Very strange.
Spoke to a recruiter through Indeed and asked specifics about job requirements. Some of the answers I received were contradictory to the reality of the job. Much more cold calling and generating your own leads than anticipated.
