Interview
Psa held an open house like many airlines do. I got there an hour early and there were about 4 people already there. They had a table set up to check in and you give them your resume. Then you were seated in a room till it was time to start. All the candidates were nice but there was one guy who would not stop talking! They made everyone stand up and read a script and it felt like we were robots the way they lead it. Out of a group of about 23 they kept only 2 to move to 1:1
Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
I applied online and, after a few days, received a 20-minute video interview. I’ve completed it and am now waiting to hear back about the next step in the process.

Interview
Simple video interview five or six questions. Mostly behavioral, one scenario tell me about a time. You can re-record up to three times and select your best answer. One minute to record each answer.
