Interview
I applied to PSA and then had to do a questionnaire and video questions. Then I was invited to a F2F interview. I flew in to Charlotte NC and rode the shuttle to the training center. We were taken to a conference type room and given an overview of the position, company, pay and benefits. There were around 20 of us there. We had a Q&A and then a short break. After the break we lined up alphabetically and were broken into groups for a group activity. We were required to read an announcement similar to what we would say on the airline. We were then sent back to the original room and called 2 by 2 to the actual interview part. We were called in flight order (who’s flight was leaving soonest- those who drove) and then those who drove were last. The interview seemed to go well, waiting to hear back.

How can you convince me this salary is doable for you?
Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
I applied online and, after a few days, received a 20-minute video interview. I’ve completed it and am now waiting to hear back about the next step in the process.

Interview
Simple video interview five or six questions. Mostly behavioral, one scenario tell me about a time. You can re-record up to three times and select your best answer. One minute to record each answer.
