I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PSA Airlines (Charlotte, NC) in July 2018
Interview
The interview process was a lot less nerve wrecking than people make it seem. We had an extremely small group (about 15-20 people) and everyone got along extremely well. The staff was very transparent about the schedules and the pay and they explain it in a way that allows you to make an informed decision about moving forward wiht the interview before wasting your or their time.
They said we should get communication (whether we are accepted or denied) within 1-2 weeks but the communication came in a matter of days.
